Maintaining an organized household is never easy; finding a home organization system that works for your entire family is even more challenging. Luckily, Custom Storage Solutions is here to help. Once you make the call, we will schedule your complimentary, in-home design consultation. During the consultation, we will visit your home and sit down with you to better understand your design preferences, needs, and, ultimately, how you want your new home organization system to look and function. After taking preliminary notes and measuring your space, we will create a mock-up of your new home organization system using 3D digitally enhanced design software.

Personalized Design Proposal

Once your in-home design consultation is complete, we will create a design and invite you into our showroom to review it with your designer, including a 3D model of your space, hand-selected accessories you chose, and a breakdown of the costs for our design and installation services. Should you feel that an accessory is out of place or perhaps want to change the color of your cabinets, no problem! We are happy to accommodate any changes made to a design proposal if the result is a happy customer with a peaceful, functional, and organized space.

Contract and Order Process

After approving your design proposal and the financial breakdown of services, we will draft a final contract for you. Our contracts require that customers submit a 50% payment based on the initial design proposal. Once payment is received, we will get to work ordering your products.

Scheduling Delivery and Installation

After receiving payment, our Custom Storage Solutions team will order the products necessary to build your home organization system. Our lead times for receiving products are the shortest on the market, between 10-14 business days. Once we place your order, we will be in touch to schedule your installation appointment.

The Installation Process

Once our installers arrive, there is no need to worry. Every installation team member has been thoroughly trained to install everyone, from the first cabinet to the last drawer handle. Rest assured that your installer will have your home organization system ready to go in as little as one to three days!

Lifetime Free Replacement Policy

Additionally, we offer a lifetime free replacement warranty covering all of our wood products. Should a cabinet or shelf fail during routine wear, we can replace it at no cost to you!
